Texas-based taco chain Rusty Taco has opened its first Georgia location with its new restaurant in Atlanta’s Summerhill neighborhood.
Located at 572 Hank Aaron Drive SW in the Summerhill Station development, the eatery features a menu of street tacos with fillings including baja shrimp, fried chicken and brisket; breakfast tacos; sides like queso and guacamole; nachos; bowls; burritos; and desserts. Beverage options include a variety of margaritas, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
The Summerhill location, which is operated by College Park-based MBC Concessions, is the first of 10 locations planned for Georgia. The chain has more than 30 locations across 13 states.
Rusty Taco was named after founder Rusty Fenton, who, along with his wife Denise, opened the first location in Dallas, Texas in 2010.
The restaurant joins food and beverage concepts Cava and Jersey Mike’s in the Publix-anchored Summerhill Station.
