A new pizza spot is opening soon in Summerhill.

Junior’s Pizza, along Georgia Avenue, plans to open its doors on August 5.

The pizza concept started as a pop-up in July 2017 and has now moved to a storefront in the revitalized neighborhood of Summerhill.

It is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Alex and Jennifer Aton, and will be their first brick-and-mortar concept.

Junior’s Pizza menu will consist of whole pies, as well as pizza slices, calzones and salads. There will also be vegan options.
